Microsoft Teams Meeting Instructions

Instructions for joining meeting using your desktop computer.

After you click the meting link

The following message will appear “How do you want to join your Teams meeting?” 您會看到以下訊息:

Instructions for joining the meeting using your phone or tablet 以下是使用手機或平版電腦參與會議的步驟:
如您打算用手機參與，請先下載及安裝Microsoft Teams 軟件:

You will need to download Microsoft Teams application from either Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (Apple).
您可在Google Play store 或Apple App Store下載Microsoft Teams。

第二步：成功安裝Microsoft Teams 後，請打開華宮的電郵，按“Click here to join the meeting” link

Step 3: Open the app using by clicking on Teams. 請選擇“Teams”。

Step 4: Click on Join Meeting 第四步：按“Join meeting”

Step 5: Enter your Name and Click Join Meeting
第五步：填下您的名字再按“Join meeting”

Once complete, you will be entered into the waiting room and the Villa Cathay tour guide will allow you in once we are ready to start the tour.
