Emerging safely from COVID-19 was a significant milestone for our team and residents. Building on that resilience, we dedicated the past two years to the pursuit of clinical and organizational excellence through accreditation—an independent evaluation conducted by Accreditation Canada that measures the quality, safety, and standards of care in long-term care homes.

We are proud to share that we are awarded Accreditation with Exemplary Standing—the highest distinction within the Qmentum Program—recognizing our sustained commitment to safety and excellence in quality care.

Achieving accreditation reflects the strength of our entire organization—our commitment to resident safety, compassionate care, and respect for the elders we serve. While it provides an objective measure of operational excellence, the true spirit of this recognition is found in the people behind it: our staff, families, volunteers, and supporters who believe our residents deserve nothing less than our very best. Most importantly, our residents are essential partners in this journey. Their voices, experiences, and trust guide our decisions and shape the very foundation of the care we provide.

This milestone is not a finish line but a catalyst for the future. It inspires us to pursue excellence in every interaction and detail, reinforcing our promise to provide a home where residents live with dignity, joy, and the highest standard of care.

我們榮幸地與大家分享一項重要里程碑：華宮安老院已通過加拿大認證機構 Accreditation Canada 的 Qmentum 認證計劃，「卓越表現」(Accreditation with Exemplary Standing) ——這是認證體系中的最高榮譽。
